Translation of the Iltalehti interviews

So first a big Thank you to Elsa for being so kind and translating the 2 interviews with Lauri and Paula + Mira.Thanks a lot for taking the time to translate.And here they are translated,the videos you can see here.

First interview:

Reporter: Hey Lauri and Paula, happy independence day!
P&L: Thank you
Reporter: How do you feel to go Linna tonight ?
L: I’m happy
P: Yeah I called my grandmother who was Lotta in war and talked with her , she was very proud.
Reporter: Your dress is showing a little bit, is a kind of retro style, who design that ?
P: Tiia Vanhatapio, this textile is from year 1950, vintage
Reporter: How long it took to prepare the hair-do’s. Which took longer, Paula’s or Lauri’s?
L: I started at morning
Reporter: There is a huge dancefloor, do you think you’re going to dance?
P: Maybe
L: Yeah, I still a little bit nervous so let’s see when we are there relaxing
Reporter: Can Lauri dance?
Paula: Yes he can

Second interview:

Reporter: How did it go in Linna?
Mira: It was so fantastic
Paula: Time went really fast
Reporter: What were the most interesting encounter in there ?
Paula: Hard to say, it was nice to chat with Anni Sinnemäki
Mira: with Mikko Alatalo
Paula: Minna Haapkylä, it was really nice.
Reporter: How about Lauri?
Lauri: I got Mikko Alatalos autograph in my hand, i sang with him that song “maalaispoika” a little bit
Mira : And it was sympathetic when older people noticed that “Rasmus” is here.
Paula: Yeah it was fun, His name was today Rasmus
Lauri: And some old man came to say to me.. What did he said?
Paula: YOU HAVE SLEPT IN MY DAUGHTERS BED!
Lauri: Yeah! and I was like: excuse me? I think you have a wrong man now
Paula: Later it turn out that man had though Lauri was some other band’s member
Lauri: It was a bit weird conversation
Reporter: Did Mikko Alatalo get your autograph?
Lauri: Yeah
Paula: Oh really
Lauri: He took it for mercy
Reporter: Here is many politicians said that it was so great to meet pmmp, how does that feel?
Paula: Oh really, well that very nice, it was very nice to meet for example Jutta Urpilainen , She had too Tiia Vanhatapio’s dress like me
Reporter: Was it hard to get someone babysit your child?
Mira: Well in this kind of case, relatives were pretty helpful
